Zohr Development Project – Rilevamenti geofisici e topografici in area costiera finalizzati alla progettazione del Flare Jetty a Port Said, Egitto
Zohr Development Project – Nearshore geophysics and topographic surveys for Flare Jetty Project, at Port Said, Egypt
TE.MA.snc was contracted by IMPRESUB International L.L.C and PETROBEL Belayim Petroleum Company to perform the Nearshore Marine Surveys and onshore Topographic surveys for Flare Jetty project design. The work area is located close to El Gamil gas processing plant, Mediterranean Sea, Arab Republic of Egypt.
Deployment of tide and weather station.
Within the SoW, the following activities were performed.
- Onshore Topographic surveys:
Monumentation of new benchmarks as reference points for DGPS survey and levelling activities
Geodetic Network survey by GNSS static methodology
High precision geodetic leveling, carried out Forward/Backward with Tolerance of T= 3 √D along about 37 km of leveling routes
DGPS-RTK topographic survey of coastline and shore area
Marine investigations of nearshore Flare Jetty project area:
MBES and SSS surveys applying MBES Bathyswath Interferometric dual head transducers pole-mounted with Applanix submersible IMU POS MV Wavemaster II operative in Pospac MMS IAPPK mode
MBES surveys applying Norbit iWBMS all-in-one tightly integrated broadband Multibeam turnkey solution that offers high resolution bathymetry over a wide swath and Applanix Pos MV Wavemaster GNSS/Inertial Navigation System embedded into the unit
Magnetometer survey and seismic Subbottom profiling (SBP) survey
Sediment and water sampling
High precision geodetic leveling, carried out Forward/Backward with Tolerance of T= 3 √D along about 37 km of leveling routes
DGPS-RTK topographic survey of coastline and shore area
